Hi there, ItayAzulay!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're seeing that the flash has been disabled even though your battery is charged. As you can see in this article If the flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working:

"If your device is very warm or cold

If you take extended video with the flash on, or you’re using the device in a very warm environment, you might see a message that says the flash is disabled. The message remains until your device cools down.

If your device's battery level is low and your device is very warm or cold, the camera flash and the flashlight might not work. These features will work again when you charge your device and return it to a more normal temperature."

If your device is fully charged and not warm and you're still seeing the message, I recommend checking out this article with steps for How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and quit the Camera app. Once it’s closed, Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and test to see if the issues are still going on.

Let me know the results and have a wonderful day!
