Stolen Phone
I Have bought a second hand phone but it is still logged into another iCloud account. I suspect it is stolen. How do I notify Apple so that they can track the owner?

Hey! We definitely need more people in the world like you! So what’s suggested is to take the found device to your local law enforcement. Apple will not be able to notify the owner of the device due to certain privacy laws protecting the owner.
