If you're experiencing an issue with navigation in Maps, let us know more about what's happening and we'll go from there. Some helpful information would be to know when issues happen (all the time, or only occasionally), any steps you've taken to resolve it, and when it started.

When one uses Maps for navigation the compass shows a letter in stead of the compass needle. The first instruction often contains a compass direction but that direction is hard to understand without the compass needle visible.
