HomeKit Support for Arlo Pro 2 Wire-Free HD Security Camera

I have an Arlo Pro 2 Base Station VMB4500 with 4 VMC4030P cameras. The Apple web site states these should be compatible with Apple HomeKit, https://www.apple.com/ios/home/accessories/#section-camera, but in the iOS Apple HomeKit app the cameras show as "This accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with HomeKit."

What it the actual HomeKit status on the Arlo Pro 2 Base Station VMB4500 and VMC4030P cameras?

Apple HomeKit Secure Video/Arlo Pro3 I would like to know the process of contacting Apple regarding devices listed as compatible with Apple HomeKit Secure Video, i.e. Arlo Pro 3. Based on what you've mentioned you are unable to utilize the secure video feature. Please know that as of the moment, we don't have devices yet that supports Apple Secure Video. May be in the future but now, we don't received any information yet from the Engineers Team. I'm a little frustrated and would like Apple to remove non-compliant devices from the list. Is there any hope or is this a worthless pursuit.

Homekit camera would not connect My Eufy Indoor cam 2k has not been working since they sent an update and every update the support sent me has not yielded any success. And my Eufy Cam is stuck ont he set up with the accessory not found msg. Eufy customer support has event got me to replace mine and still the same issue. One thing the support manage to get it working is to connect the cam without a hub. But i need it working on a hub for secure video.
