install old version of xcode

I don't have an Apple Developer Account. Does anyone know how to get an old download of xcode 10.1 that would work for macOS 10.15? I have a large swift file that needs updating from swift 3.0 to 4.0+, and doing it by hand would be tedious. I currently have the most recent version of xcode. Or does anybody know any work around, or websites I could use to migrate the code?

Apple's Xcode Resources page has a link to download older versions of Xcode. The site Xcode Releases also has download links for every version of Xcode. I'm not sure if Xcode 10.1 will run on Catalina. If not, you can install Mojave on a virtual machine and install Xcode 10.1 on the VM. If you don't want to do that, the last alternative is to build your project in Xcode 11 and correct the build errors
