Warranty Coverage

I bought an iPhone Pro Max 256gb Midnight Green at Apple's physical store at Singapore. I opened the box here at Philippines and fresh from the sealed box is a scratch on the back of the phone or a part wherein the paint/midnight is removed. Is it covered by warranty I have video and pictures that it was there upon opening. If yes? Can service center here in the Philippines or apple store replace the phone? thank you.

If it's a manufacturing fault it is covered under warranty. But you can only claim it in the country where you bought the phone.
