My alarm won’t stop

Whenever I turn off my alarm on my iPad, it starts to repeat 1 second of the alarm sound and it’s quite hard to get rid of it. Honestly, it’s really annoying having to wake up with this issue. Having this problem for months, I found out 3 ways to stop it temporarily before my next alarm for example unlocking your iPad then turning the iPad off or turning on Siri. If both of these ways don’t work out for me, it leads to the last option to just power off the iPad. Is there any ways to fix this forever? I got this problem after a software update. Does that have something to do with it?
