I bought my iphone on October 15, 2019, Iphone 11 Pro Max 512GB Gold. Now in late December, the iphone dripped from my hand, I was sitting, and broke the bottom, got 2 cracks on top and bottom. I'm very scared by the fragility of the device, because today when I saw was completely cracked the bottom of the iphone. Even around the cameras. I am very sad because the iphone is very expensive and did not imagine it was so fragile, I made an investment because of the cameras allow me to take good pictures.

Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.
