Can't use the test cards.

Unable to create a tester account and use the test cards. Cannot add a test user / use test cards in the apple pay phone.

Iphone 12 pro max Apple pay not working Apple pay not working on brand new iphone 12 pro max with ios 14.4. Tried everything from adding the card multiple times, restarting to factory reset but no luck. Wondering if there are any other suggestions? It was working fine in the other phone and also works fine on my watch. Some eftpos machines give error emv config error while others say contactless not allowed.
