i don’t know the apple id for my apple watch
i bought a apple watch online and i don’t know the apple id information and have no way of contacting the previous owner as it was a third party sale.

There is no way to bypass the activation lock.
If you can't get a refund, turn it over to the police and give them all the information you have on the seller.
