Buy in app purchases for child
I am having trouble purchasing anything for my child in app. Even though I approve it, it still says it is having trouble and to contact support

What did iTunes Support say when you did as instructed and contacted them ? If you haven't done as instructed you should do so : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
