What can I do when my Hamilton original Broadway cast recording won't transfer to my library? I have never encountered this problem before.

Select the first track of the album in iTunes, press Ctrl+i to open the Song Info dialog. Type in the correct name for that track, use the arrow buttons at the bottom left to advance to the next track, repeat until you've entered all of the correct information. When you inserted the CD iTunes should have offered all 23 tracks on the CD for import, even if it only provided details for the first 15. If they were ripped they are in your library somewhere, if not insert the disc, edit details as required, then import.

OK, so when you play the disc directly do you get the right songs or something else? If you've been given the wrong disc it isn't an iTunes issue. If you have the right music, but the metadata is all wrong there could be a problem with the CDDB information for the disc. You can edit the details of the tracks before you rip the CD into iTunes.

Physical CD
The CD is correct. I can play it and listen at home. I just wanted it on my phone. I don't know how to edit details. Itunes seems to think it only has 15 tracks instead of the 23 in Act 1. The first 15 song titles show up, but the music is not what the title says. I don't know how to edit the details.
