It says that the Apple Arcade works on the IPod Touch.

This says it works on the IPod Touch, but it isn’t showing up in the App Store on my kid’s brand new IPod touch. They got a notification for it, but the arcade button isn’t showing on in the store app. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
