Low volume when using headphones iPhone 11 pro max

When I am taking calls over headphones, the voice is very low and I am using the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. Any solutions to this one. I did see other posts regarding restarting the iPhone and removing the cover etc but none of these have helped. Thanks.

Figured it. Go to Settings-> Music -> Volume Limit > Off (by pushing the volume slider to max). This fixed it.
