I have a Apple Watch and just upgraded to a iPhone 11 but when I traded in my phone they never helped me pair up with my new phone to watch and now I can’t get it to pair

I got a new iPhone 11 but when they took my old phone at store he told me all upgrades were done but I can not pair my Apple Watch with new phone

Have you tried logging in to your icloud account to unassociate it with your icloud account, and then resetting it up from new?


Using your computer, log in to icloud.com. Go to Account Settings and you will see your watch in the "My Devices" section. Remove it from there. Once this is done the watch can be set up again with your new phone.
