iMessages send from an Odd landline number

Hey

i set up a new visa phone sim the other day n I’ve noticed my iMessages send from this odd landline number, I don’t know where the number came from or how to remove it

I’ve had to turn my iMessages off for now as they aren’t sending from my new mobile number

any ideas how to fix this

UK number disappeared from iMessage I’m on a prepaid SIM card while travelling around Australia. Does anyone know how I reactivate my UK telephone number when I get back home? I assumed I could just reinsert my old SIM, but my previous number has disappeared from iMessage. Help appreciated!

Where do I find the code you send? I can't read Imessages, which is why I requested to deregister the number! I need to deregister my Sim Card from Imessages, but I no longer have an Iphone to do that. When I try online, they send a code but I don't know where it goes. I assume it's in Imessages, which I can't open! (I have switched to a Pixel 5 and assumed I could use the same sim card. Big mistake!)

Log into your Apple ID on your computer and see what phone numbers are on file.
