No scan passes in wallet apps
Why i dont see any scan passes button rather than a ‘+’ button at the upper right of the sceeen to add credit card? I cant add or save any tickets or flight boarding pass in wallet apps

Tickets/Flight Boarding Passes etc are added to your Wallet by the App that you are using and not by scanning anything. For example, If you purchased tickets through American Airlines then you will need log into your American Airlines app and have the app generate the Boarding Pass and add it to the Wallet app.
Start with working within your Airline's app and follow its instructions to add the pass to your Wallet.
