My account for Apple store and iTunes is not active and l can’t download any application, what is wrong?

Why am l not able to access Applestore and Itunes?

Does it come up with "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" when you try to download applications?


If so, you will need to contact iTunes Support: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


If there is no message, try going through these steps: If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or other Apple device
