hardware issue

my iphone xs bottom left speaker is not work properly and please help and fix it and i dont know about bottom left speaker is microphone or speaker becuase when i play music there is no sound in left bottom speaker

There is only one speaker on the bottom edge of any iPhone (the right side).

The left side is a microphone.
