My son had a iPhone he used my card for his iTunes music . I need to cancel that subscription immediately

How can I cancel a subscription that my son had on his own device which was a iPhone. He used my card he has not got that phone or does he have access to the music. My card is being charged every month. He has not had access to the iTunes music in a year
