Verizon is paying for my Disney plus but I am getting charged for it
I signed up for Disney plus. Then found out Verizon had a offer for 1 free year. So I changed to that and iTunes still tries to charge me for my app

If I'm understanding your post correctly, you are getting an offer from Verizon for a year of Disney + but you are being charged for it from iTunes.
If Verizon is giving you access to Disney+ with their service, you will need to cancel the subscription in iTunes and follow the steps provided by Verizon to access Disney+.
Follow the steps in this article called, View, change, or cancel your subscriptions to cancel the iTunes subscription and then check with Verizon on what you need to do to continue using Disney+ through them.
