Keyboard no longer working after software update

My brand new Logitech keyboard will no longer work properly after the latest software update. I had no issues before the update. I am using it with a new iPad Air. It will work if I detach it and reattach it or force a restart, but I have to do this every time I sign in again. Bluetooth is on. Connections are good. Any help will be appreciated.
