i can't remove missing musics or dead tracks on itune's device on my pc

last year, i randomly downloaded free itunes musics from some websites bc i didn't have my own credit card. i transferred to my itunes app in pc and transferred it to my itunes's device. after that i decided to deleted it on my itunes in my pc . i eventually deleted it permanently and the music's file are gone in my pc but it stills in my iphone. but i decided to deleted it on my iphone but when i went back to my itunes app in my pc , i saw the music's files but it had exclamation mark and i tried to delete but there are no sign for deleting. Anyone know how to get rid of it .pls help me ;-; Sorry for my broken english
