I forgot my password for screen time and I don’t know how to get rid of it help

You will have to erase your iPhone using your home computer with iTunes following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


This is important: You cannot restore your phone from backup as the Screen Time passcode is encoded in your backup. You will have set up the phone as new, then redownload your apps and if you use iCloud for photos, texts, etc., you can bring them back once you're set up again.
