Can you manually add exercise to the watch activity tracker? My watch battery was low when I went for a run so I did not wear it. Now I would like to add it to the tracker so I have an accurate record of my fitness journey. Is there a way to add it?

then tap on workouts and in the the top right hand

corner of the screen it says add data, tap on that and

you can enter a new workout and when you're finished tap on add at the top right of the screen.
