Safari, Chrome, not working after disabling Bing redirect

Hello,

Looking for some assistance. We ended up with the Bing redirect virus and I was able to remove it using Malwarebytes based on community suggestion, thank you. But somewhere in the process, I believe I remove a needed extension or something to allow Safari, Chrome, etc to load. While I'm connected to the internet neither Safari or Chrome will load a page. I can't load the Apple store either. The affected computer is a MacBook Pro running El Capitan 10.11.6. Looking for suggestions?

Deselect Proxies, if selected.

System Preference > Network > Advanced  > Proxies Tab

Unlock the lock if you have to.

Under "Select Protocol”, uncheck any box if check marked.

    Click "OK" then  "Apply”.

Safari can’t open a website that uses a protocol other than http or https.

Remove unknown profiles.

      System Preferences > Profiles

Open System Preferences, click the “Profiles” icon ( a checkmark on a gear) .

When Profiles pane opens, select the unknown profile and click the minus button at the bottom.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply.        Pastebin
