MacBook Pro Bootcamp CPU/GPU issues

I recently purchased a 16" MacBook Pro with an i9-9980HK Intel CPU and AMD Radeon Pro 5500 8GB and installed windows 10 with Bootcamp. On macOS everything runs fine but on Windows 10 if I use any CPU intensive software like games or video converting the CPU and GPU becomes unstable. I opened windows task manager resource monitor and in the graphs it is shown that both CPU and GPU usage starts rising and falling constantly, after a while the graphs are only spikes and the softwares becomes a nightmare to use.

You should be aware that the AMD GPUs are 'M' (mobile) GPUs, not Desktop GPUs. In the past, thermal throttling has been used to avoid issues.

Video conversion can also cause large IO waits, if the source/destination is a file.

Since the GPU drivers are now provided by AMD directly, you should also check with AMD.
