Can’t buy Apple Music subscription.

I get this when I try to buy a Apple Music subscription.

Then when I clicked “Try it Free” it comes to a blanked out page.

I also clicked “See All Plans” but also just go to a blank page.

I tried this on my iPhone 8, iPad 6th Gen & MacBook Air.

All devices this end up happening.

Im from Namibia and my region settings is correct.
