Chase bank is saying I don’t have the latest version of my browser. Didn’t I get that with the installation of ios13.03 for my iPadPro?

Every iOS upgrade/update will update the iOS Safari browser to latest version.
I have never liked Safari on iOS or on the Mac!
My advice?
Try another third party Web browser, like Firefox, instead.
Explain what you mean by Chase Bank is saying that. Did you call Chase bank or are you getting a message in the Safari browser itself?
I can access all of my bank and credit card feature on my iPad Air 2 and iPad Air 3 running iOS 13.3.
Do you have a VPN service installed on your iPad?
Duh. VPN? Virus thing? No, I thought Apple did that for me! I’m an old dinosaur in case you can’t tell.
I always use my Chase app to manage my VISA account with them. Recently, when I try to sign on to that app, I get a message saying I don’t have the latest version of my browser and that they won’t be able to service me shortly because of that reason. They offered me a choice of three browsers, but I was unable to complete the update.

I am getting confused, if you are using the Chase app, I fail to see how Safari is connected to it. That doesn’t make sense. What other browsers were suggested and why couldn’t you download them?
Didn’t I get the latest version of Safari with the ios13.3 installation?
