Why is my IPhone saying manage
I have an Apple Watch and it has a white circle with 4 black dots and under it says

If you haven't already, try restarting your Apple Watch and iPhone. Restarting can resolve many unexpected behaviors. If the Apple Watch is unresponsive, force restart.
