Instagram music problem

Hi there, i am an indian. its been 3 years i am staying jn philippines, but coming back to my country i am unable to use some features in apps like Instagram music, facebook security guard for profile picture. It is showing me its unavailable in your country n region, while others can access those. Really annoying... help me to solve it
