How can I deactivate ipay?

I see that you're looking to disable Apple Pay. I'll be happy to help out.

You can use screen time restrictions to prevent the use of Apple Pay, if this is what you're looking for. You can do this by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps and disabling Wallet.

You could also remove your card from Apple Pay, if you have Apple Pay set up. Follow the steps under "Remove a Card" to remove the payment information from Apple Pay: Manage the cards that you use with Apple Pay - Apple Support.
