Safari blank pages
Anyone have a fix for safari pages opening up as blank? It’s random and doesn’t seem to be tied to a network. Happens on my iPhone 11 Pro. ANNOYING.

My phone (7 Plus and XS) suffers from this issue. I think people have given up reporting it as the solution is always quoted as restart safari or clear your browsing history.
Someone on reddit suggested turning off experimental browser features but this has not worked for me. I firmly believe it is an ios13 defect as it started to occur almost immediately after upgrading the software.
I tend to find it happens when following google links. The page loads and can be seen in reader view but when viewed normally is simply a white page. If you scroll really fast you get glimpses of the page. It almost is like a white overlay has been placed on top.
