Canon TS9020

When i try to print using my IMAC i get the error message "The operation couldn't be completed. (jp.co.canon,ij.icadriver error -9958)" i have deleted printer and added twice and get same error message when i try to print. But i can print using my IPAD, IPHONE or a Samsung Edge. I had been using this printer for about a year. Tried Canon website to update drivers but i get a message there that drivers are installed. Does anyone know or seen the error code?

Have you reset the printing system and then re-installed without using any Canon software?

Please uninstall the Canon print drivers and then reset the printing system (google it) and the re- add the printer per Apples directions.

I have the same problem but only when I try to scan from the iMac. I can print ok. I will try this and let you know if it works for the scanner portion.
