Hello, I am having trouble with Announce Messages with Siri: although I am currently in iOS 13.3 (so I should have it) it doesn't appear in my settings neither under 'Notifications' nor under 'Siri and Search'. I have AirPods 2nd gen and I have already tried restarting my iPhone and forgetting the AirPods and reconnecting them but it still doesn't show up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I mean, what I just did is I forgot my AirPods, then held the reset button until they flashed amber, then reconnected the and set them up again. It never prompted me to enable Announce Messages nor did it show up in the settings...
