Refund

hello, I am i-phone user,

i was purchased 10,500 (in korean won) this app Jan.5th.2020 . But as i did attached screen shot. This app was not able to recognize any of the picture and keep getting a error , i been try to retry more then 100times. I did subscription this app already. but i want full refund because this app is not even able to use at all.


please proceed refund .

This is a user to user forum: you are not talking to Apple here and we don't have access to your account. You should start by cancelling the subscription:


View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Then you should contact Support to ask for a refund on the basis that the app doesn't work as advertised:
