I need to know if i can exchange my IPhone X Max for IPhone 11 pro Max. I buy my iPhone from the Apple store and i am paying payments it was not very long when I payed the iPhone X Max. So i want to know how much it cost to exchange. My iPhone still new no problem with it i just want to upgrade.

It's not new because you were using it. It could be new only in a situation where you didn't take it out of the box and have never used it.
Bring it to the Apple Store so they could examine it and provide you with your options and the price.
Call the store you bought the X from.
