It is saying my security question answers are wrong, how do I reset them?

Security questions I just set up my security questions, and then tried to log in, but I keep getting the message "answers do not match" (though I just set them up and remember my answers). So I click on the "reset my security answers" link, but it says "not enough information to reset answers." What do I do?
