Apple TV playback

I am having issues with my Apple TV. When I stream a show or a movie there is a glitch where it goes to a black screen in the middle of the show and then flashes back to the show and the show continues how do I fix that?

Apple TV goes black screen at "up next" (when it's almost time to start a new episode in a series) My Apple TV 4k is getting intermittent black screen again. This time it's when we watch a series (tried on iTunes and Disney Now). When the resolution switches for "up next", and it puts the ending of the current episode in a small screen, with the new one on a countdown... the screen goes black for a 2-3 seconds while the programming is still playing. How can I fix this? Also, how can I stop it from doing that annoying auto-minimize of what I'm watching? Might help solve the problem...

Apple TV+ streaming glitch I am experiencing an odd issue with some AppleTV+ shows, when I try to watch from Up Next nothing appears to happen, then just the sound from the show starts with the Home Screen still there, no video happening at all. I can fix it by watching a different Apple series, then can go back to the first show and it works like it should. Kind of frustrating, happening every day now. Apple TV 1625, TVOS 16.0

Disconnect your HDMI cable on both ends, then reconnect.
