Apple TV playback

I am having issues with my Apple TV. When I stream a show or a movie there is a glitch where it goes to a black screen in the middle of the show and then flashes back to the show and the show continues how do I fix that?

Disconnect your HDMI cable on both ends, then reconnect.

Apple TV+ streaming glitch I am experiencing an odd issue with some AppleTV+ shows, when I try to watch from Up Next nothing appears to happen, then just the sound from the show starts with the Home Screen still there, no video happening at all. Apple TV Acting Strange This is a weird one.. every time I press the Menu button or the Apple TV button while watching a show, the screen goes black with green lines. Even when pressing the menu button it doesn't leave the show I'm currently watching. It sometimes takes several clicks to just get out of the show. I have an LG TV. I've tried unplugging the Apple TV and restarting it and it still happens.
