I understand you would like to view a movie file (.mov) and listen to a music (.mp3) file on your iPhone 7 with iOS 13.
Are these files attachments to an email or text message? If so, tapping on the attachment will give you a preview of the file. Then you can choose to save the attachment to your iPhone or open it with a third-party app by tapping the Share menu.
