There is a History tab and an Up Next tab when viewing my music queue, but I want to hide the History tab. It is annoying when I’m rearranging my Up Next queue and I accidentally move one of the songs to the History tab because I scrolled up too far on the Up Next tab. Is there any way to change this?

It sounds like you would like to know if you can make changes to the listening history screen, while managing your Up Next queue in Music. You've touched based in the right place to get some insight on this.
There wouldn't be a way to permanently remove the listening history feature while managing your Up Next queue, but you can clear the previous queue played. This wouldn't be permanent, as your listening history will return as you create more queues, but it can alleviate the issue of accidentally moving a track to your history, if you clear your history before managing your Up Next queue.
