Sync iPad to kindle

I received an iPad mini for my birthday and I would like to read my books on it at home, is there a way to sync my kindle to my iPad? As I don’t want to take the iPad on the bus to work or to the beach so thought that there might be a way to synchronize them. Thanks

My wife used to use a Kindle and the iPad together and did not have a problem. You would need to make sure that the Kindle connects to the internet to get the position information from the iPad. You may want to check to see if there is any Settings in the Kindle app, and if you don't see anything, reach out to Amazon Kindle support with your question. They should be able to answer it and tell you what you need to do.

I have the kindle app on my ipad and I read on my ipad, but when I want to read on the bus or at work, I take my Kindle and they don't sync together. I then have to figure out at what point in the book I am and find it on either my kindle or my ipad. I just assumed there was a way to sync them so I can just pick up from where I leave off on which ever device. If that makes sense.
