As per instructions from macjack, I forwarded (as an attachment) the suspicious email. I attempted this twice and both times it was returned as undeliverable. This is unsatisfactory. My contact with Apple Support shouldn't be this difficult. Please advise.

EDIT: I see you did say you forward as an Attachment that's odd.
I also just sent a test message to reportphishing@apple.com and got a reply "Thank you for reporting"
So now what?
Just tried it again. Same result.
I wouldn't worry, it's not that important. What's important are the other links I gave you. Check you purchase history and contact iTunes Store.
My typing was suspect and I spelled phishing incorrectly. I've fixed that, resent and no "undeliverable message" received. Thanks for your patience.
Ah yes, I've had many undeliverables from addresses I've typed incorrectly!
