Apple bill

Everyday apple is trying to take 40 off my cash card. I don’t have ANY subscriptions and my phone is off. It was reset when given to me. I don’t know why it’s charging me 40 but I’m afraid to put a card on this phone so I can buy anything else. Can someone tell me what this bill is and how to stop from charging me?

There’s not one charge of 39.99. There’s one of .99 cent but no other charge.
