Set timezone based on current location not working in Mac OS Catalina after windows10 installation with bootcamp, why?

Hello, this is Stephen. I have a question, I installed windows10 with bootcamp assistant, and after setting up windows, I booted back into mac oS and noticed that the clock was off by an hour. I went into date and time in system preferences and clicked on timezone, and I noticed that the timezone was set on Pacific standard time, I'm in mountain time. I also noticed that the, set timezone based on current location feature wasn't setting the timezone back to Mountain time, this problem started when I installed windows10, something must have went wrong during the installation and setup. I have tried everything from resetting the PRAM and SMC to reformatting and reinstalling the operating system, and it still doesn't work. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I called Apple support and they weren't able to figure it out and have escalated my case to the engineers, I have also noticed that internet recovery won't load either, I had to reinstall mac oS with a bootible installer usb drive because internet recovery wasn't working. I checked that my internet connection was working, nothing wrong their. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. Macbook air, 2017, Mac oS Catalina, 10.15.2

OK, I went to my appointment at the Apple Store today, there was nothing wrong with the computer, and it had nothing to do with installing windows using Boot Camp. I connected it to the Apple Store’s Wi-Fi and the clock set it self and everything was fine after that, so it’s the Internet at my house. Everything’s fine. Thank you for trying to help.

Also, do you think that disconnecting and then reconnecting the battery would fix the problem? I know that disconnecting the battery would reset the clock, I don't want to have to do that because that would void the warranty but I wanted to check with you and ask if maybe that would fix the problem? I just worry that if I tried that, I might accidentally break the battery cable or break the battery connecter off the logic board.

Okay, I installed windows10 and set up the date and time with the Time server and set it to the correct timezone. I booted back into mac oS, and the time on the mac oS side is still an hour off, set timezone based on current location is also still not working. Anymore suggestions? I did some research before posting this question just so you know, but I couldn't find anything helpful. Thank you.

Yes, everything on the windows10 side is fine, the time is correct in windows, but for whatever reason Mac oS just isn't detecting my location automatically and setting the timezone, and internet recovery isn't starting either, even when I connect to a wifi network it just hangs at the network chooser and won't go any farther. I hope their isn't some hardware problem, I just got this computer a month ago or so through an Apple supplier. I have tried everything known to man to try to fix these problems with no success.

Update, I have now scheduled an appointment with the Genius Bar, and they are going to take it over and fix the problem. No I did not check the windows update history, I already uninstalled windows because I didn’t want everything I had on that windows partition to be seen, I wanted to make sure I deleted all of my personal information before I sent it to the Apple Store. Thank you for trying to help.
