iPhone 11 lock screen frozen and won't force restart

I got my iPhone 11 on the release date and I have had no troubles until now. I have one crack which is only on my screen protector and nothing happened as to giving me a reason for the freeze. I did no drop my phone or anything at all and it hasn't been dropped in water. The back upper half more towards the right of the phone is warm. The phone won['t force restart or turn off.
