Walkie Talkie isn’t showing on Apple Watch

I got a series 2 sport apple watch today and I don’t seem to have walkie talkie. I checked and I have facetime and everything set up correctly so I’m confused on why it isn’t showing up. When I search “Walkie Talkie” all that shows up is in Accessibility a toggle saying “tap to talk” which is on. If anyone knows how to help please let me know!
