My iPhone 8 and Apple Watch 3 Keep Randomly Restarting.
My iPhone 8 and Apple Watch 3 keep randomly restarting and I don't make them restart. Why is this happening and how do I stop it from happeneing?

Having both devices restart at the same time, or even at different times, can certainly be an issue.
When your iPhone restarts, you may see an Apple logo, or a spinning gear. If so, check out this article: If your iOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
iPhone Battery and Performance has important battery info, and how to check the battery health on your iPhone. A battery needing to be replaced can exhibit the restarting behavior.
You'll want to make sure that both devices are up to date with the current software.
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
I'd also suggest to unpair and pair you Apple Watch again.
