How do I add second printer to AirPrint

Ensure that your printer is compatible with AirPrint. The printer specifications in the manual should tell you if it is. After that, setup the printer and put it online as instructed in the printer's manual. If the setup is done correctly and your iPhone is connected to the same WiFi as your printer then you should be able to use AirPrint method to print on it.
