Phone records

I am trying to find out if i can get my recent phone call list printed out. I use messenger alot for calls overseas and need to show how often I make these calls. I see it comes up in my call history on my phone, phone company can only give me a print out of calls I make on my account (not messenger)

Does anyone know if this can be done?
